Stumbled upon this place on our travels, we were welcomed in and after explaining we only eat vegetables our host was not worried at all, the two course lunch was unbelievable, perfectly prepared and exceptionally tasty. The space is so gorgeous and homely, you leave feeling content and warm. Thank you

This place is a gem and really easy to miss if you don’t look hard enough to find it. The menu changes daily and the owner cooks an appetizer and main with what ingredients she has that day. The food is lovingly prepared with fresh, wholesome ingredients. If you’re looking for good home style cooking with individual flair, this is a great little place to eat!

What an amazing little find. No menu to choose from, it is a set menu that seems to change each day. Today, the set menu (¥1650) consisted of a thick slice of focaccia (yum), delicious appetiser of seasoned chickpeas and grilled capsicum, and a delightful main (squid salad with yam, corn, onion, and loads of other veges). Cash only. Miko is a wonderful chef and her husband is equally welcoming. We managed to communicate using Google translate and he is an Ironman who has competed several times in Cairns! Oh, when I asked for the nearest supermarket to buy some tea, Miko kindly got me some from her personal stash saying "present". Such a lovely experience and interaction on my last day in Japan. Highly recommended. Thank you both.

Tucked secretly away in a corner, Lemon-no-mi is truly a gem. There's no menu here and only one random dish is prepared daily, it's like a "food-roulette" so just grab a seat at the counter and see the lady boss work her magic.
